Useful information
Logs will be available for collection from Friday December 15 to December 24. They will be delivered frozen. Please bring a bag for transport.
Storage
Store your log in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge for 4 to 12 hours. Temper for 10 minutes before serving. Cut with a hot knife. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3 days once thawed. Can be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
