Description
Sweet cocoa pastry, pecan and maple financier, Chuncho chocolate cream, Chuncho chocolate mousse, maple cream and Dulcey chocolate dip.
Chuncho chocolate is a "bean to bar" chocolate made by Qantu located in Montreal. A 70% dark chocolate from Peru with notes of hazelnut and spices. This chocolate has won several awards at the International Chocolate Award.
Please note that we do not write on the cakes. The decoration may vary from the picture.
Storage
Keep the pie in the refrigerator. Will keep for 2 days. The pie is always best eaten the same day.
