The entremet will be available for pick-up from Friday December 15th to December 24th. It will be frozen. Please bring a bag to transport it.

Storage
Store in the freezer. Place in the fridge for 4 to 12 hours to defrost. Temper 10 minutes before serving. Cut with a hot knife. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3 days once thawed. Can be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
