We list the most common allergens for each of the products available in our online store. It is important to note that all products may have been in contact with the following allergens, even if not formally indicated: nuts (all types), peanuts, wheat, eggs, dairy products and soy.



Orders are prepared for pick-up or delivery according to the time frame selected when processing your order. If additional preparation time is required, our team will contact you directly to advise you.


Packages are delivered by an external company. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by our partner, nor for any damage caused during transport.

Damaged or missing products

All orders are prepared with care and attention. If a product is missing or damaged when you receive your order, we invite you to send us an email at info@lecavalierpetrone.com with a picture of the package. We will reship or refund the missing or damaged product.

We are not responsible for products damaged by heat, rain or snow when a package is left outside. Someone should be on site to receive the package according to the time slot selected when processing your order. We are not responsible for theft.

Returns and exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products sold in the online store. All orders are final sales.

In-Store Pickup

Store pickup is available during our regular business hours, please respect the time slot you choose when processing your order.

Cancelling or changing an order

To cancel or modify a current order, please contact us by phone at 514-448-4014 or send an email to info@lecavalierpetrone.com if you are unable to speak to someone immediately. Do not leave a message on the voice mail. No orders can be cancelled on the day of pick-up or delivery.
