Hukambi 53% is a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content. This chocolate, with its cocoa, bitter and slightly biscuity notes, originates from Brazil. A great favorite at Lecavalier Petrone.
This log contains no gelatin.

The log can serve 6 to 8 portions.
Logs will be available for pick-up from December 19 to December 24. It will be delivered frozen. Please bring a bag for transport.
Storage
Store your log in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge for 6 to 12 hours. Temper 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut with a hot knife. Keeps for 3 days once thawed. Can be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
