The Valentine's trio brings together three small desserts, each designed for two small portions.
Quebec Hazelnut & Yuzu Paris-Brest - O'Citrus
Choux pastry filled with Azélia chocolate whipped ganache, candied yuzu compote, white chocolate crumble and Saint-Laurent salt.
Cheese cake mousse
Light cream cheese mousse, graham crisp, Opalys white chocolate whipped ganache and Ontario plum confit.
Tonka & pecan mousse
Tonka bean-infused Bahibé milk chocolate mousse, pecan and puffed rice crunch, salted caramel and soft pecan cake.
Storage
Store desserts in the refrigerator. Temper 10-15 minutes before serving. Keeps for 3 days. We strongly recommend buying your dessert on the day it is to be enjoyed.
