Description
Jivara milk chocolate mousse, passion fruit and clementine confit, spice cake, Biscoff crunch. Dipped in Dulcey blond chocolate and speculoos cookie.
Serves 6 to 8.

Useful information
Logs will be available for pick-up from Saturday December 13 until December 24. Please select the pick-up date when making your payment. It will be delivered frozen. Please bring a bag for transport.
Storage
Store your log in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours. Temper for 20 minutes before serving. Cut with a hot knife. Keeps for 3 days once thawed. Can be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
