Saint-Laurent salt is the first Quebec salt made in Les Bergeronnes in Haute-Côte-Nord. It's made from crystal-clear water drawn from 200 meters below the surface of the St. Lawrence estuary. This coarse flake salt has a unique, delicate taste, less iodized than many other sea salts .
