Description

Opalys white chocolate mousse, rice pudding, cornflake cereal crisp, forced rhubarb confit from Ontario's Lennox Farm, Opalys white chocolate ganache, edible flowers and rhubarb confit.

Forced rhubarb from Lennox Farm rhubarb is grown in a dark place, so that its stalks are softer, more delicate and naturally sweeter than traditional rhubarb. Harvested by hand in early spring, it is distinguished by its magnificent pink color and fine, slightly tart taste. A rare and ephemeral product that heralds the return of the harvest season.

Conservation

Keep mousse refrigerated. Keeps for 3 days. We strongly recommend buying your dessert on the day it is to be eaten. Temper 10 minutes before serving.

Contains dairy products, eggs, gluten, soy and fish gelatin.
